Terms of service

Greppi is a platform on which you build web applications by conversation. You describe what you want; the platform builds it, runs it for you, and publishes it on an address of ours or on a domain of your own. The service is provided by IT Solutions B.V., Essebaan 15 A, 2908 LJ Capelle aan den IJssel, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 42097412, VAT NL869706093B01("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your login: keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has it. One person, one account; a company may hold an account through the person who signs up.

• Free costs nothing. Once your email address is verified, your balance is filled up to 30 credits, and again every thirty days (never above that figure, so credits do not pile up). You may send 7 messages a day and share the test link of your app. Buying a domain or email on your domain is open to every account; publishing to production and connecting a domain to your app are part of Starter and Pro.
• Starter costs €25 a month and Pro costs €50 a month, billed in advance through our payment provider Stripe. Both renew automatically every month until you cancel and have no daily message limit. Pro may also choose a bigger workspace machine and pays fewer credits for each hour its workspace is awake.
• Every month 100 credits (Starter) or 220 credits (Pro) are added to your balance, up to a balance of 200 or 440 credits respectively. Credits you bought separately are never reduced by this rule. Moving between the two plans settles the rest of the month in proportion.
• You can cancel at any time under "Manage subscription" in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for; nothing is charged after that.
• Prices exclude VAT. The VAT for your country is shown at checkout and on every invoice.

Building and keeping your workspace awake spend credits from your balance; your balance and what was spent on what are shown in the studio. Your workspace goes to sleep by itself when you have not used it for a while, and when your balance reaches zero. On Starter and Pro you can buy extra credits at any time, from 100 credits at €25 per 100. Bought credits are added at once and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or paid out.

You can connect a domain you already own at no charge, or buy a domain through the studio. A bought domain has a yearly price, shown before you confirm, billed through Stripe, and is registered in your name with our registrar under that registrar's conditions. Email on a domain costs €59.95 per domain per year and includes 5 mailboxes; each further mailbox costs €9.95 per year, charged for the rest of the current year when added. Both renew yearly; cancel anytime and they run out the year you paid for.

• You can cancel Pro, a domain or an email plan whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end. We do not refund part of a period.
• Credits, whether from the plan or bought separately, are not refundable. A domain registration cannot be undone once the registrar has confirmed it, so it is not refundable either.
• As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase. Because credits, domains and hosting are delivered straight away, you ask us at checkout to start immediately and agree that this right of withdrawal then lapses.
• A mistake on our side — a double charge, a payment for something you did not receive — is refunded in full. Write to support@greppi.ai.

Everything you build is yours: the code, the data your app stores, and the content you put in. We host it and keep it running, and we may copy, run and back it up as far as the service needs. You may take your code with you at any time.

You may not build or run apps that are unlawful, that infringe someone else's rights, that send unsolicited mail, or that harm the platform or other customers. We may pause an app or an account that does, and we will tell you why.

We keep the platform and your apps running with care, and we back up your data, but the service is provided as it is. We do not promise a specific uptime, that the code the platform writes is free of mistakes, or that an app will suit a purpose we do not know about. Check what the platform built before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost income or lost data that you could have backed up yourself.

You can stop using Greppi and delete your account at any time from your account page; your projects and their data are then removed. We may end an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should outlast the agreement, such as liability, do so.

We may update these terms. A change that matters to you is announced by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless the law gives you another court. Questions about these terms: support@greppi.ai.
